Ying Jo Wong, D.D.S., M.A.G.D.

Along with general dentistry, Dr. Wong is particularly attuned to providing services for both very young and elderly patients. Her practice offers a wide range of state of the art and caring services, such as bleaching, Invisalign, laser gum therapy, implant-supported crowns / dentures, and extractions. Dr. Wong especially enjoys making dentures and considers the practice to be a lost art.

After receiving her D.D.S. from the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 1986, Dr. Wong did a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center from 1986 to 1987.

Drawing on her basic science research experience at Clemson University, she joined the PEARL Network (Practitioners Engaged in Applied Research and Learning) in 2005 and became a member of the Executive Committee and a Principal Investigator in 2007. Since 2008, Dr. Wong has been a clinical faculty at the New York University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Wong continually strives to keep abreast of the newest technology and products in dentistry. Her commitment to this endeavor has been made apparent by her completion of 1,350 hours of continuing education courses, for which she was awarded a Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (M.A.G.D.) on June 2012.

Joseph P. Fearon, D.D.S., F.A.G.D.

Dr. Fearon practices general dentistry with extensive training in oral facial pain. He graduated from SUNY—Stony Brook, School of Dental Medicine in 1986. From 1986-87, Dr. Fearon was a General Practice Dental Resident at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in Manhattan. 

From 2004-10, Dr. Fearon worked at the Columbia University Center for Oral, Facial, and Head Pain, where he was an Assistant Clinical Professor at the College of Dental Medicine. From 2006-08, he was also the Chief attending in Orofacial Pain/Oral Medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx. At both of these locations, Dr. Fearon lectured extensively on TMJ disorders to dental students and graduate dental residents.
